I am writing this to say that somebody forgot to invite me to the CMC hearing concerning the at the time police minister Judy Spence and a faction of the unions. Got a feeling it does not concern actual rugby teams getting money but the transport union. I am the one making the complaint but am nowhere near or get anything to do with the legal hearings I wonder why? So they can put a stooge in my place and pay the money back to themselves is one good theory. I guess a union mail delivery person delivered my summons or notice to attend?

A nurse I think the news said was sexually assaulted by a Nathan H. in Ipswich around February. I don't remember any Nathan ever being there. Convenient as I already made complaints about being sexually assaulted because of the mental health teams by a big fat poof named Dylan. I don't hate gays I hate it when they include me in their sexual practices don't ever try to include me. As to the nurses in the mental health team the only bodily fluids they would get from me would be vomit. I wonder if the nurse fabricating the false claim is for some mystical reason part of a the union? I have a strong feeling that she is. They don't mind telling the frequent lie.

They told me that I should have a new hard drive by next week, which would be great if I had of taken it in this week. It is very suspicious because they could have made it in Taiwan, tested it with every single China man's computer, given it to a midget to try and climb over the Great wall of China (unaided) to give to a bunch of camel herders to take to a single 3 legged husky sled who takes it to far East Russia where a one armed row boat paddler and rows around North America picks up the Sri Lankan refugees that sunk near Christmas island by now.

You know what I think that my criminal history is a fake after all. For one I don't ever remember breaching bail as the date 12/3/97 states. Because one thing I was held on remand from that date they even flew me back from Townsville in handcuffs for court to prosecute me for stealing a truck that I had no idea on how to drive which happened to never even move an inch. I don't think the dates of those crimes are accurate at all though 1997 is when they happened nor for that matter appear in the right order.

To bring something out that should be pointed out about Afghanistan. I can not remember if it was John Stewart or Stephen Colbert but a journalist said that the delay from Obama as a sign of victory to the U.S. opposition in Afghanistan. Well that delay was for a reason as anyone with numbers should logically be able to deduce. There are only so many available military personnel to be able to go into active duty and if badly deployed well it can be the path of an embarrassing defeat.

The reason for the numbers being so important besides the importance of availability of duty ready numbers is because of Iran, and what if they are genuinely being dishonest. Possible deployment of sorts could be assigned for a change in political stances concerning them. Redeploying is time consuming and costly and when every second counts could mean all sorts of problems.

Iran and its leader should be weary that well at least according to C-span Democrats are making it clear that it would not take much for some of them to pass motions for military action to take affect against Iran. Russia and other nations are slowly contributing in a positive manner that would benefit the U.S. policy for Iran. That is the big concern with extra troops for Afghanistan.

As it would be safe to assume that a mass amount of soldiers would hasten a result for Afghanistan and time will tell how long that will take.

One of the classics and still going. Watching Good News Week on 10 I think. They were making jokes about finding Kevin Rudd in his undies. Which was a little strange as I know people might think this is unnecessary but I had a whopping 5 beers in a period from 11pm till 8am in the morning and went to bed in my undies. As like going back to the days of union (sorry not fair to say union, I mean Nazi)intervention in my high schooling days, was only allowed to sleep when the sun comes up, as not permitted to attend school or might end up with a job that pays better than cleaning floors.

I know it does not help just finishing working night shift but everyone I know that isn't me says they have a hard time sleeping during daylight. But for the life of me soon as daylight comes no matter what, over whelming fatigue and must sleep. Like most of my entries happen at this time of night. I wonder why?

I hope no one came around while I was sleeping in my undies trying to say that I was too drunk and wet myself? As it was true my shorts were wet but nothing else in the entire house was. You could tell they were undies from that day as no matter how many times I worm myself they never seem to stop coming back and the evidence of my attacking them was showing if you know what I mean.

I suspect yet another hypnotic Nazi intervention was to blame as land lords keys are missing. As most of above behaviour is out of the ordinary. Well most. You can see on my bank statements how much I spend on alcohol. Next to nil. I would just like to point out that 6 drinks is considered binge drinking. I was on the XXXX gold (light beer). 5 is hardly hang over material.

Hardly a day of secondary school and nothing after that, but how uneducated are the things I am talking about sound? Do I sound like some schmo drunk and off my face on drugs? Look at my bank statements, or do the DFSPF's have fake ones of them too? Look at what I talk about, how many times have I been wrong?

I have a feeling that my computer has been missing now for quite some time because those DFSPF just happened to be at the computer shop when I took in because my hard drive failed. I can tell you this right now it was not because of porn, there should not be one iota of that crap on it? I have seen hetro porn before and I honestly do not know why you have to have mountains of the rubbish it is all pretty much the same to me.

Those  DFSPF's in blue wouldn't be hesitating in the slightest in putting kiddie porn on it to frame me after all, how many times have they said I am a repeat sex offender when my history shows what crimes exactly?

Nearly 4 years in confinement for contempt of court that I was sentenced to 3 months for? Those DFSPF's in blue will do anything to protect their little Hitler wanna be friends.

It almost escaped my attention but is it true that Microsoft cannot sell it's word processing software because of a Canadian judge? Is every legal system in the world out to screw Microsoft? If people are out to take their chances go after Google or Apple they are both out performing Microsoft on the share market.

I forgot that the birth of computers happened in Canada to process documents and spread sheets....... not! The fact is with software that there are similarities between a great deal of all of them. Why they are all made the same way they all work with the same principles and they should all work with the same hardware. People should not be denied the proven reliability that is Microsoft products.

You might think that Microsoft putts all its customer services overseas just because of the cheaper labour to get profits, yes that is a secondary benefit. But the truth be told it is to develop these outsourcing nations to help build their economies to give them a fighting chance in an increasing global problem in poverty, health and education which helps stop illegal migration and the problems that arise from those actions.

Who the heck was defending Microsoft anyway legal aid?

Organising all those people to get legislation through without getting too many people offside is no easy feat. What went down was truly remarkable and could have gone bad fairly easily. To have the fate of so many peoples finances rely on some ones decision that makes or breaks them is no walk in the park.

I would personally like to give the financial sector a congratulations even though some still say that it is still premature. But taking a risk gets a whole new meaning considering what went on.

Politicians took easy points going against the Fed’s decisions but hopefully they will be around long enough to eat their words. That is if it continues to go well for the administrators that oversee what goes on.

Going back to ABC national radio that I was listening to on Friday 19/06/09. There was an interesting radio broadcast that I was listening to that sounded a lot like a court case that sounded like my case. The thing is it brought up a number of coincidences. The thing that I found as such was the conversation seemed to sound like a court case. As well as covering what sounded like Dr Zimmerman.

The reason I could not get through school was not because of inability on my behalf was in fact because of union extremism. The fact is that I could never get to school not because of my not wanting to but because of hypnosis. Every night I would lie in bed for hours and not be able to sleep but once daylight came no matter what I did I would lose consciousness and sleep till dusk making it impossible to get to school. Something I found odd and never mentioned till recently when I finally worked out how the police forced indecent actions upon me that forced me to be put on a prison farm for an extra 3 1/2 years extra after already serving a 3 month sentence for a juvenile matter of contempt. I often wondered why they accused me of crimes that I never committed and how they used to assault me without me having direct memories of their actions as well as my property damage on numerous occasions. Hypnosis was what I came up with. It was the only explanation. For one example that the locals in Longreach told me about was me walking the streets at night in boxer shorts to which I had no direct memory.

I knew I could not go to police to report the perverse actions against me because it was all of the other workers that I thought were other workers word against mine as well as the way I was being treated especially when I tried to voice my complaints. But the truth is they kept calling me the sex offender when they were the ones, not me committing the sexual offences. The public joined in the accusations no matter where I went so that is when I went to the police who have to this day have not informed me of anything that they have done towards my case either with the police or the CMC. For that I was told I was schizophrenic and that no one was calling me the sex offender at all and that no one was damaging my property at all.

The thing is Donald Martin and his family started the allegations against me in Mount Isa they must have thought it would be funny. Or they hate Jews something that I was unaware of. They gave my family a dog then tell everyone that I have sex with it, and that I was gay and have sex with children. None of that is true. The police when I called Ipswich police station just before I was committed answered the phone saying yes this is the real police this time to which made no sense to anything that I had said. I was just trying to report an assault that they never bothered to show up about. The police were also in court for smashing our front window for which we had to pay and was not reimbursed for.

I have a strong feeling that it was the police that spread the sex offender rumours about me to my new work place that got the unions involved in destroying my property like my mothers window and putting water in my fuel tank along with forcing me out of work because of the allegations. They would have to of been spread by police. Who else would have the resources and the integrity to hold up those allegations that Anna Bligh in the later parts spread about me. That happened around the time of my court case to which I never got to find out the result for. Or for that matter any other court cases that concerned me.

The thing with not being able to hold down a job is not true I have held this cleaners job for around 8 months and the 2 jobs before that was about a year with no thanks to the unions. I would have stayed there if the union under Peter Waters would have stopped impeding my right to work in a safe environment. Apparently I was having delusions about colleagues at IDEC but none at Brothers. Something that the so called doctors to this day lie about. That was when I went to the CMC and not long after was committed on the 4th of February by who looked a lot like Anna Bligh and a couple of her police cronies.

The thing that brings me back to the ABC radio broadcast is this after they talked about not being able to hold a job. I would have paid for a lawyer if I had been allowed to keep my job. Then they mentioned panic attacks which only occur just before I lose control of my eyes. That has happened on Clopixal to which after 2 years complaining about then being increased. then the side affects was written on my chart as an allergy. They still occurred on Respiradlol consta. There is no doubt in my mind that they were trying to do away with me hence the doctor death thing that was under Nuttall and his time in the health ministers job for which Beattie resigned and Bligh tried to cover up by telling the public that I was the most evil of crimes so the public would go about committing all sorts of crimes against. The judge sided with the plaintiff and awarded $480k to which I imagine was under appeal. I probably will never see a cent of compensation but I was after convictions not so much for the money that is still owed to me from other lines of work.

Anna Bligh’s involvement could have only happened from the involvement of police and their lies to which she made public accusations but I am deluded in my perception when I say the police have it in for me. According to a doctor anyway, it never really happened according to them.

For the person that said that I did not write up quite a bit of the legislation I don’t put it on my website that has nothing to do with the case I am putting forward they go to the Governments web pages. Feel free to ask them who really wrote most of it. All for at this stage for free, and not because I wanted to do it for free either. I believed that it was in the best of interests of democracy.

A question comes to mind when the time that elapsed between the last offence committed against me and the time of report to police. It is very simple to figure why when you look at the list of names that are with Nuttall on today's law list.

The thing is Ken Talbot (Stanbroke) flew me to Charlieville where they had an ambulance waiting which took me to hospital which had upset me because they told me if I left the police would just bring me straight back along with the information about the abuse that I suffered the whole time I was in Stanbroke's custody (3 1/2 years that was extra since I already served my 3 month sentence for contempt of court I was 17 in 1997 and have had no crimes committed by me since then) was pretty much devastating. Along with the fact that all those that knew who committed the crimes would be all against just me. There was no one on my side.

Every time I tried to explain that I was the victim in this story they would try to label mental illness on me like psychosis and schizophrenia so I found out to get away from these obvious frauds was to say nothing until I could get a legitimate one that would treat me fairly. But even that was next to impossible especially knowing how many people were tied to the crimes committed against me. They would stop at nothing to try and stop me, things like Dr Death, and the police on the news damaging a certain persons property and the constant news of the police shooting so called mentally ill people.

Every phone call I seemed to make was controlled and diverted on the most part to unsympathetic ears that would frustrate and I suppose methods of ways to give up. The trouble is with accusing me of sex offences I had no choice but to plead my innocence to stop the community and it's vigilantes from destroying every thing I tried to do. It is amazing that I am still alive.

I think that I wrote somewhere that the detective (I am assuming) that played a doctor in Toowoomba went to Longreach to play detective to deliberately divert my complaints to a psychiatrist (Dr Death) to put an end to my complaints as I would not be given fair weight with a false claim of mental illness against me.

But that was not the worst part, the vigilantes that broke the law just to make me suffer was by far the worst of all, but they would take offence to the label of bigot that would rightly fit them. It was frustrating to get people to do the right thing as all the people with the power over these things would do everything they could to stop the carrying out of justice in the legal sense. People like Nuttall who took money from work cover when I tried to claim compensation from Stanbroke, and the money Stanbroke paid to keep me institutionalised. Along of course with Anna Bligh smearing my name to invoke even more abuse from the public.

If Palestine was serious about being seen as a legitimate state why can it not behave as a serious state? Being a serious state would involve not smuggling weapons to use against Israel. It would not be a terrible thing for Palestine to go under the safety of Israel protection.

I highly doubt that Israel would want to go back to the days of the occupation. If the Palestinians would be reasonable on their attitude towards Israel, that they exist and unless you manage to blow up the entire world, they will continue to exist.

From the information available to the public I highly doubt that Israel would force Palestinians to be forced to do anything different to their every day life. The only condition is that you stop trying to kill Jews. That would be it. It is not that hard a task. If peace is truly what you want that is it’s only requirement.

Don’t listen to people saying that it is Gods will for Jews to die. How much has your God actually done to help you achieve that? All this effort you have tried to achieve is for nothing all it does is create more problems to which none are beneficial to any one. It is things like this that makes Middle Eastern people look bad. You need to change if only to get people to come to your aid which is at this time not very likely.

If you have not gathered this already it has become a way that all those that oppose a sensible and more importantly stable government to become labelled as terrorists which never works out as a good thing for those that get stuck with that label.

I wonder if the satellites the U.S. military said needed to be shot down should be used to power the electrical needs of countries like Iran? Satellites the Qld government and others still have not paid me for.

Early debt repayments were pretty much the idea of tarp and the interest rates applied would see that tax payers would see profits and stronger banks for their troubles. I would not worry if the profits to the tax payer is not the maximum amount.

I know the concerns that pro life people have concerns. But I think that Obama said that abortion should be allowed as a choice. But with regulations and legislation to make it very hard which would make sure the patient was absolutely clear.

You have got to ask yourself this would you want to be adopted or live in foster care? For some reason those sorts of kids have trouble coming to term with that kind of start to life. They have a tendency to have a more confusing time in the most confusing parts of their life which can lead to all kinds of problems.

Foster care has all kinds of bad history which I wouldn’t wish on any child. Being adopted can be a pretty big deal to some kids that if not handled well can lead to all kinds of mental problems. I personally find it hard to want anyone to die but sometimes with faith in God to take care of the situation and do the best thing possible. Reincarnation would still have to be of divine nature someone like a God.

The only thing the union membership has done for me has made my fuel economy for my car better. Which is strange because it has had no work done. Did the news reader say that someone was swearing on the radio? If it was me I wish to contest the fine on the grounds that I was unknowingly being broadcast against my will. Why is it that I would swear knowingly on radio. It’s not like I own it or something unless someone has failed to tell me that I do. I wouldn’t mind getting a wage that does not entitle me to unemployment benefits at the same time as receiving a wage. But that does not explain exactly how I was being broadcast against my will. I don’t want to be broadcast anyway.

My quickest meeting so far, Dr Kirkwacker (can't remember how to spell it) said without even looking at my file that the police never had it in for me. Did not even bother to read it and had a pre determined answer. But my real question is this.

If a person goes through all the bull crap that I have been through because of the likes of Anna Bligh and co. how can you tell the difference from what really happened and alleged fixed delusion?

It can not be a delusion as my bank statements say where I was at each time and nobody else in this state other than the corrupt Doctors seem to think that I have a problem. The truth is I had no money for quite a while so I did not go many places but it never stopped my looking for jobs on the Internet. It also in the time period in question I also managed to get my brother a job and my other brother sorted out with accreditations and a DEN consultant. My hair and nails were always cut made appointments and organised by myself to get where I needed but according to them I am incapable of deciding on what is best for me? I don't think so. Every person that I have mentioned actually exists and was in the vicinity at the time in questions. The only reason for my unlawful diagnoses is to keep certain policeman out of jail as well as lying jackass politicians.

If the U.S. is worried about the missiles from North Korea (which I heard that they were considering turning to democracy) would it not be a good idea to make a defensive missile that locks onto aggressive missiles and deliver an emp charge to disable it's guidance systems and lets it fall to the Earth doing minimum damage?
